KBL Series & KML Series Peristaltic Metering Pumps

The LMI Pumps portfolio has expanded to include the KBL and KML Series cased-drive peristaltic pumps. The K Series is a versatile and economical peristaltic metering pump for high-precision dosing in water, wastewater treatment, and industrial applications. These innovative new pumps from LMI offer:

  • Next generation safety features:
    • A patent-pending offset rotor assembly which releases tube compression during maintenance for improved operator safety and ease of maintenance
    • Tube changes do not require users to manipulate the tube while rotor is turning minimizing pinch points
    • Offset rotor allows drain and flush of the tube prior to removal
  • A best-in-class user experience featuring one-button switching between local and remote operation and all new intuitive user interface with 13 button keypad and 4.33” color display
  • No need for complex, multi-step menu navigation each time a mode change is required
  • Basic pumps with SCADA and local control, with an optional upgrade to include remote industrial control protocols
  • KML Series pumps feature 10,000:1 turndown, NSF-61 certification (pending), and a 5-year warranty
